Still have not received my produxt

I ordered a cornhole set at the beginning of August. The estimated delivery was August 22. It’s now September 5 and I still don’t have my product. When I reached out to the company they responded to say that there was a delay in the manufacturing. I had to reach out to get this information and would not have been notified otherwise. I have not heard anything since, and still haven’t received my game. The money was taken from my account as soon as I paid, but I have been waiting for the product for over a month. It was a birthday gift and I was unable to give it to the recipient.
