If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund of the product total. Please contact us at info@yardgames.com for return shipping information. The product must be in new and unused condition. Customer pays for return shipping. Customized games and licensed team products are not eligible for returns.
We understand that these games can wear with use. If for any reason parts or pieces do not hold up to regular game play we are happy to send replacement parts. Simply contact us at info@yardgames.com, and we'll get you back playing your favorite games.

We ordered the personalized Tumbling Timbers and Connect 4 for a welcome event the weekend of a family wedding. The personalization was beautiful, the games arrived in practically no time, and since the wedding was out of town the storage/ carry bags were perfect for transporting to the event. The bride and groom were surprised and thrilled; the guests were lined up to play. Wonderful quality on the games and the carry bags.
(to clarify, the photo shows double personalization of the Tumbling Timbers - we ordered two personalized sets, then did a mix-and-match so the bride and groom have a set where they each come first on some blocks, and we have our own non-personalized set!)

I was initially disappointed because I was asked to give a review for bag boards I had not received. But when I responded that I would love to give a review. but I’ve not yet received them, I got an immediate response and now I give a 5 star review!
We were blown away by the quality as we were not sure what to expect and these boards exceeded our expectations. We ordered them for a family reunion and everyone loved them. We will be ordering more. The travel bag that the boards are stored in makes them so easy to bring to events and gatherings.
